Please return the form and copies of your receipts to the PTA treasurer via email: ptatreasurer@bobcatbuzz.com.
If you prefer to turn in paper copies, you may mail them to school or drop them off in the PTA mailbox in the front office. Please email to let us know so we can pick it up from the office.

Yearbook Dedications and Ads
Use the yearbook to recognize your 5th grader, promote your business with an ad, or honor your child's teacher!
Submit your form and ad/dedication to the PTA mailbox in the front office, or send digital copies to hamiltonptayearbook@gmail.com.
Payment: submit a check or cash to the PTA mailbox, or pay online.
All dedications and ads are due by March 3, 2026.
